Nujoji works in our adult therapy team, and is a dedicated UKCP registered psychotherapist with experience in public, private, and voluntary services. He integrates theoretical knowledge, clinical experience, and research-based practice to provide evidence-based, trauma-informed care. His integrative approach draws from multiple psychological models, tailoring interventions to meet each individual’s unique needs.

In the public sector, Nujoji worked as a group psychotherapist and clinical supervisor in forensic services, where he co-facilitated a long-term therapy group for women navigating their pasts. His work is grounded in an appreciation of diversity, identity, and intersectionality. He fosters a therapeutic space that acknowledges both sameness and difference and allows emerging identities to be explored safely.

Nujoji has also worked extensively in community settings, delivering therapy with care, compassion, and cultural sensitivity. He prioritizes the therapeutic relationship and ensures that clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to engage at their own pace.

Nujoji also contributes to psychotherapy training, delivering lectures in an inclusive, engaging environment that bridges theory and practice. He has also provided consultation to initiatives like the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse (IICSA), ensuring victims’ and survivors’ voices helped shape recommendations for the future.

Outside his professional life, Nujoji is a passionate motorcyclist who recently embarked on a trip from London to Morocco.

Nujoji is registered with UKCP as a Psychotherapist – his membership number is 2011169056.
