Complaints Policy

At Beacon House we always strive to offer a responsive, sensitive, kind and efficient service to people who get in touch with us. However, we know that we don’t always get it right and we are keen to hear from you if you have ideas about how we can improve and develop.

If you have feedback, we would like to hear from you. You are welcome to call or email us and your message will be passed to the relevant member of our leadership team. You are also welcome to share feedback via our website here.
