I am an experienced Integrative Psychotherapist with over 10 years of clinical experience, specialising in supporting children and young people in school settings. I hold an MA in Integrative Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy and amregistered with the BACP.
My work is grounded in a deep understanding of the school environment and the many pressures that can shape therapeutic work with children and young people. I have worked as a school counsellor and as Therapy Lead in a specialist school, where I oversaw therapeutic provision and supported staff working with children with complex and additional needs. These experiences have given me a practical and compassionate understanding of the challenges therapists can face when working within educational systems.
As a supervisor, I aim to offer a thoughtful, supportive, and collaborative space where practitioners can reflect openly, build confidence, and develop their own clinical voice. I particularly enjoy supporting creative and arts-based approaches, including drawing, story work, puppetry, drama, and sand tray. I also have experience supporting practitioners working with developmental trauma, complex needs, and the wider systemic demands of liaising with parents, schools, and outside agencies.
I care deeply about helping practitioners feel steady, supported, and reflective in their work. My hope is that supervision provides a safe and nurturing space that strengthens both client safety and practitioner wellbeing, while allowing creativity, curiosity, and confidence to grow.
