Preventing staff stress in schools – how to build a resilient team
Trainers: Kate Levy and Jo Charlton, Specialist Educational Psychologists in trauma and attachment
The school environment is busy, stressful, and pressurised. It is common for school teams to feel burnt out, low in morale and not performing to their best ability. This workshop helps schools to look the early signs of “team stress” and emotional strain on individual team members. Participants leave with a range of ideas for cultural shift within the school towards healthier staff care; and some individual self-care strategies that they can run with immediately.
